The successful partnership continues: Helly Hansen accompanies the GUYOT environnement – Team Europe as official clothing supplier in The Ocean Race 2023 around the world. Already at The Ocean Race Europe 2021, the European team of co-skippers Benjamin Dutreux and Robert Stanjek wore the clothing of the leading global sailing brand. Professional equipment trimmed for top performance is the basis for being able to hold one\’s own in the sailing’s toughest team challenge.

As Official Clothing Supplier to GUYOT environnement – Team Europe, the sailors will be provided with pinnacle pieces from Helly Hansen’s premium Ægir offshore collection. The Ægir collection is the direct result of over 40 years of design improvements alongside The Ocean Race teams, and Helly Hansen’s designers will continue to work closely with the team to refine and test new features and designs.
The team can already bring a lot of experience to the development from previous regattas. Benjamin Dutreux finished ninth in the Vendée Globe in January 2021. He just sailed to eighth place in the Route du Rhum. And together with Offshore Team Germany with Robert Stanjek, Phillip Kasüske and two-time British circumnavigator Annie Lush, he won The Ocean Race Europe in June 2021. \”It\’s good to have experienced partners at your side.
